This class with Jay Glubb and Sabine Margesin focuses on opening our hearts and uplifting our consciousness through learning about our true human nature, recognizing our unhealthy patterns, growing our willingness and determination to change our relationships with ourselves and other and cultivate our hearts. This class can assist to increase clarity, well-being and create a more meaningful life. We learn about a topic and discuss it and mostly conclude the class with a meditation.
