Yuan Gong Qigong and Ren Xue has transformed my life! It’s helped me heal on every aspect of life. It’s been such an epic journey that I am finding it hard to put into a few words!
I’ve always been interested in understanding health and healing, which is why I studied Osteopathy. I also come from a background of Transcendental Meditation thanks to my parents. Despite all my studies and learning, I was often feeling unhappy and struggled to understand how life works, why there was so much suffering in life. I was stuck with health problems none of my efforts could resolve. Yuan Gong Qigong came at the time I needed most and I’ve been hooked ever since.
I’ve never come across a complete system that helps you understand life and empowers you to heal yourself, become connected with who you truly are and bring more joy and freedom into your life. I am only at the beginning of this journey but I am passionate about bringing this knowledge to others in a simple and accessible way.
