I have been practicing qigong since 2010, and have a long history of other spiritual practice going back to my teens. I live in Sebastopol and appreciate the blessings of living close to the land. I bring to qigong classes my deep respect for Ren Xue and Yuan Gong, my love of poetry, and a lifetime of curiosity about the human spirit, psychology, nature, science, and business.
