My background is one of sharing. I have always been strongly self-motivated and determined to create adventure and meet people. After university this motivation grew into an insatiable appetite which led me on journeys into mountains and deserts in lands far away. With this appetite turned inward as I learnt of the beautiful views and experience that exist in my own heart. Ren Xue came into my awareness and I knew it would be a wonderful tool to celebrate and cultivate this awareness and with it the universal beauty that is within all beings.
I began learning from Yuan Tze in 2016 and started teaching Qigong in 2016.
