What is Yuan Gong?

Yuan Gong is a contemporary Qigong system created by Yuan Tze to support the development of health, happiness, wellbeing, growth of realization and wisdom, and contribution. The Yuan Gong system is comprised of nine methods which include moving forms, still practices, and a practice specifically created for incorporating into every moment of daily life. They are structured sequentially to develop the solid foundation needed for effective and safe practice of the final methods which are designed to uplift consciousness, develop Xin (spiritual heart), and create the conditions for our True Self to awaken and guide life from a place of true wisdom.

Yuan Gong Practice Sessions

There will be a mixture of shared Yuan Gong practices that are broadcast from the retreat and held on Zoom.

If you are watching delayed or as a replay, recordings of these practices are available and the effects through the Qifield can be just as tangible as live.
