The Zoom classes will include method practice, guided meditations, theory presented with PowerPoint, and Q&A periods. The classes are light, joyful, and relaxing.
You don’t need to be in great physical shape to participate. Everyone is encouraged to listen to their body, and the methods can easily be adapted for those with physical limitations.
