This course will be delivered both online and in person. This product is for IN PERSON attendance in Golden Bay, New Zealand.
In addition to in-person attendance, purchasing this product will give you access to all course-related materials and recordings of the course via your Learn REN XUE Portal.
Registration for ONLINE attendance will open at a later date.

Cancellation Policy
2026 Course Refund Policy:Â Golden Bay, New Zealand
If you need to cancel your course registration, please do so early. Late cancellations may make it difficult to give someone else the opportunity to attend. Once you have paid any portion of the retreat fee, administrative and possibly cancellation fees will apply, depending on the cancellation date.
If you cancel your reservation:
- before March 17, 2026 at midnight NZDT, we will refund all fees paid minus any applicable administrative charges and payment gateway fee if paid via credit card or Paypal.
- on March 18, 2026 NZDT or later, we will refund all fees paid minus $200 cancellation fee, applicable administrative charges, and payment gateway fee if paid via credit card or Paypal.
- After April 1, 2026 No Refunds unless this is a medical emergency. Contact events@renxueinternational.org
Refunds will be paid within 30 days of receiving a cancellation confirmation.
PLEASE NOTE THAT:
Anyone leaving the course early for any reason other than a qualified emergency (medical emergency or a death in the family) will not receive any refund.
If you cannot attend because you test positive for Covid, a refund for the difference of the in-person and online event fee will be given, with the option to participate online and access the retreat replay.
If someone leaves early due to a qualified emergency (medical emergency or a death in the family), we will refund the days that are not attended proportionately minus the $200 cancellation fee and the applicable administrative charges.
REN XUE International reserves the right at any time to require that a participant leave the retreat if it is determined that the participant’s behavior is either excessively disruptive or dangerous to self or others. In this case, all retreat fees are non-refundable.
Informed Consent Agreement
- I am aware that REN XUE was designed to be a safe, effective, and efficient alternative modality for health and wellbeing, but it also has its limitations. I have read the information supplied about Looking After Your Mental Health, and to the best of my knowledge, I have no medical or psychological condition that makes taking part in this REN XUE event not suitable for me at this time – and I assume all responsibility for my participation.
- I understand that REN XUE and Yuan Gong are not a substitute for medical attention, examination, diagnosis, or treatment.
- I have read, fully understand, and agree to the terms of this Informed Consent Agreement. I indemnify and release Yuan Tze, REN XUE International, and all people and organizations operating on their behalf, from all liability for personal damage or injury to myself.
By making this purchase, you are agreeing to the above Informed Consent Agreement, and Health & Safety and Cancellation Policies voluntarily and recognize that acceptance of these terms serves as release of all liability.
