Building the Future of Ren Xue Together: Your Role as a Teacher
Yuan Tze arrived in New Zealand in 2002 with a vision for Ren Xue. From humble beginnings in Wellington where around 40 people attended the first teacher training – Ren Xue has since grown into a global community, with organizations that support practitioners and teachers worldwide. There are more than 850 teachers and teachers-in-training across 32 countries.
Yuan Tze reflects, “We have gone from 0 to 1.” How do we move forward from here? What needs to be in place organizationally to sustain this growth and ensure we have the capacity to support and hold more people as they come on board?
At the same time, humanity is facing two major crises: the rapid development of AI and the longstanding, ongoing global crisis that has now reached a critical point. There is a growing urgency to mobilize humanity to work together to deal with these crises.
