LEVEL 1 - Fourteen Week Program

Course Requirements

  • Weekly time commitment of approximately 7-10 hours (includes self-study and group sessions) over the 14 weeks
  • Complete both the written and practical tests
  • Internet connection and working webcam (in-built or external) that will support group sessions on Zoom and streaming videos through Vimeo - test your connection here

What you need to know

  • The next 14 week Level 1 Guided E-Learning course starts August 31st, 2024 (UTC) and registrations will open on July 15th, 2024.  See our full calendar of Guided Teacher Training dates here.
  • Financial Assistance of a 30% discount is available for anyone who otherwise would not be able to pay the NZ$825 tuition fee.  You can apply for this as part of either the application or expression of interest process
  • You will need to apply and be accepted into the REN XUE Teacher Training Program before being able to register for this training
  • If you are currently enrolled in our Level 1 Original Teacher Training and would like to switch, you can for $285 NZD, the cost for the difference in pricing between the two options
