These are practice classes with a theme. Practice is a choice of Tian Yuan, Di Yuan or Ren Yuan followed by one of the heart practices. We start with a short explanation of the theme with some pointers to deepen your understanding. This can be for example one of the heart qualities or an element of the state. Then we practice with the theme as focus and do the appropriate heart practice.
